I set up my firm to do a number of different but related things. You could call on my services for one or more of the following activities:

I am a law firm – you can check out my experience by clicking here. For the most part, I get involved in IT transactions, especially in the IT procurement and outsourcing arenas. I have a good deal of experience in acting for either users or suppliers. I can draw on my contentious background to assist – especially when it comes to difficult re-negotiations of long-term service contracts. While I do not undertake litigation in the courts, I can assist in sorting out potential disputes, and I have, for example, secured multi-million pound settlements for clients using mediation. If it comes to litigation, then I can use a network of firms who could provide that sort of work.

I am a training consultant – providing training to either in-house legal departments in general IT law developments or for businesspeople who want to understand more about legal and commercial risks in IT projects so as to minimise exposure.

I provide dispute resolution services – I am a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and also a registered CEDR mediator. I have a good deal of experience in dispute resolution – litigation, arbitration, expert determination and mediation. I have acted for parties in these various types of dispute resolution and also as mediator and latterly arbitrator. In all this, I bring some 25 years of experience of the IT industry to bear on any disputed issues.
